Try and reload the software for the Honestech TVR, the error is from the software.

Try using this driver and media software package. It covers all Phillips SAA713X chipsets. To receive FM, you MUST have either the SAA7133 or SAA7135 Phillips chip module on your card. This should work on all of the varieties of cards. It's a 25MB file size. http://download.geniusnet.com/2009/TV/A12-V1.1.zip

The SAA7130HL card does NOT support FM radio. I own this same card. You would have to get either model SAA7133HL or SAA7135HL to receive FM radio. I don't know where you could purchase either one of these cards manufactured by Pinnacle. I purchased the PCTV Systems model 800i HD Digital and Analog TV + FM radio card so I could capture digital TV signals and listen to FM radio, and I have installed both cards in my computer. hi, what OS have you installed ? if vista or +, it is not compatible ! just compatible until XP ! now if you have XP, did you connect the audio out of the card to the audio in of your sound card or directly to amplified speakers ? because the sound must be routed from the out of your tuner ! cheers mich
