Tip & How-To about Miscellaneous Pairing Bluetooth Devices Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks. Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is. Roughly speaking though. Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever. With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically. When the Android or iPhone device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes). There's no manual available, but if you want to pair your headphones with a computer or a phone follow this steps: 1.- Fully charge headphones (leds turn from red to steady blue 2.- Press for 8 seconds the lower button on the right (it has a phone symbol) pressing the "phone" button will turn on the headphones, but if you keep pressing it will force the device to go to " Pair mode" you call tell is ready by noticing the LEDs turning blue and red. onces pairing is successful you will see a steady blue LED.

Hi I have a Radio Shack Pro-46 Police Scanner and also have a problem with the Battery Pack. It is worn out. I just read on another website where someone suggested going to Batteries Plus and have them get you a stock one or make you one. The person went to Batteries plus and said they made one and its better than the original. So you might try it I know I am.

It means it is receiving a signal. It is good to read the manual when you first get it, and then again after you have used it a few dozen times.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Cars and Trucks to CB Radio. You need the opinion of another person because your friend may be the one with the issue. Check you have good connections to the antennae. Check the Antennae is tuned using a SWR Meter. Check the Antennae is in a good spot.

You did not post what antenna it is or what make and model radio you have. The antenna issue could be due to a lot of things or it could be the radio telliing you there is a problem that is not present.

When you say from the cab of the truck, Where is the antenna? What is the truck that it is on?

The back light might be broken or the built in light for the display screen is not working or the screen needs to be replaced.
