When the pairing process between the E71 and SBH650 starts, try immediately to hold down, or press every half a second, the central 'call' button on the SBH650 - to force the SBH650 to think it is pairing with a new device. It took me 5-10 min of playing about in a similar situation, but eventually the SBH650 cleared it's 'memory' and the '0000' pairing code worked with another telephone...
however, I have never managed to pair the SBH650 with OS 3.0 upgraded ipod touch 2nd gen.

First you have to turn the blue tooth power to 'on' on your phone then you need to turn the power 'on' on the device,then you will need to pair the device to the phone,in your menu of your phone you should find a blue tooth option,there usually is a add new device or search first you must put your device into discovery mode usually when you turn on you bt device you just hold the power button on for 6 to 10 seconds and a solid light appears.now your bt device is in discovery mode,then on your phone you have to search or add new device if you put your bt device into pairing mode your phone will find it and then it will ask you for a pairin or pin code ,Most manufactures use a 4 digit pin code they are as follow 0000,1234,9999,or 1111 when it asks you for the code enter one of these and then the device should pair to the phone i hope this helps you

You need to pair your PS3 with your bluetooth headset.

1. Turn on your PS3's bluetooth and search for bluetooth devices.
2. While the PS3 is searching and the BT headset is off, press and hold the call/end button on the bluetooth headset until it's light glows steadily. Do not let go until the PS3 finds it.
3. Pair the devices and allow the BT headset to connect automatically.
4. To connect, press and hold call/end button on BT headset like the one in step 2.

Most blue tooth manufactures use a 4 digit factory pass or pin code they are as follows 0000,1234,9999 or 1111 i hope this helps.

By unable to work....if you mean that you are unable to pair it with your phone then try the code 0000 so that you can pair the device with your phone and then it will work. However, as it's a new unit so please elaborate the issue so that I can further help you? Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
