Just repeat the pairing procedure to reset it to work with a different device (most of them can't pair to more than one device at a time). If you haven't paired it to a different device, you may need to repeat the pairing procedure on your device instead.

Which model, if you see a square box on top left thats your home key.

After you connect the bluetooth and set the language setting in your phone or tablet, press "shift" key and "space bar" key at the same time when you type. You will see the little bar message of changed language. Some times the key setting may be different being depending upon the original setting. But mine can be switched in that way.

Make sure to put the Targus Blutooth speaker in discover mode... You need Blutooth activated on your Dell as well.
