What do you mean take out the inside? Do you mean tub? Should have a bolt just under the agitator.

might be a warped spin basket or the dampers could need to be replaced. could even be a bad spin bearing. if it was bearing, normally would be associated with a loud noise during the spin cycle though.

2 screws at base of front panel........remove pull panel towards you slightly and push up to release from retaining clips.

If washer hums but doesn't fill, water isn't getting to washer check screens where fill hoses connect to washer. Screens may be blocked. If washer fills then hums check to make sure belt is on. Tip machine up to view belt underneath.

If you are doing the normal procedures and the water elimination function is working, you have power to the circuit board and controls. The circuit board wash cycle section is independent and aligned with the timer circuit, thus the Wash Cycle Controller has failed.
