Connie, look inside to see if something metallic is in the oven, like aluminum foil. Sparks should not be present. Also remove the grate/shelf if there is one and check under the turntable for metallic pieces. Actually take the turntable out. Test using a glass of water. 1/2 min on high, water should get warm

I don't know your model but where the light previously was coming through a lens either remove the lens and replace the bulb or remove a square panel just opposite it on the side of the microwave to replace the bulb.

You should never run a microwave with nothing in it!! There is nowhere for the energy to go. The oven itself has a special coating that keeps the sparks from happening. Anywhere the coating is bad will arc. If it keeps arcing it will burn out the microwave generator.

Try contacting Samsung for the SE error. They fixed my SMH9187ST microwave for free even though it was 4 years old. 08/14/2013.

It can be fixed but it will be expensive, from the description the problem is in the keypad control board or smart board.

Since you didn't mention the model number or which light, I have to be kind of general.I would bet that the light you're talking about is either the cavity light or the cooktop light.Either could be stuck on due to a shorted relay on the control circuit board, which we regularly repair.There's also a chance it may be a bad door switch or door switch mount. Yes you can. The cover has to come off the microwave to access the bulb. There are several screws around the back and sides. Remove these and the cover should lift off, revealing the bulb. For your own safety, make sure that the microwave has been unplugged from the outlet for several hours before attempting this repair.

Hi and welcome to FixYa I am Kelly. You either have the wrong glass tray or one of the wheels on the lower caster / spinner is stuck. I think you have the wrong tray. Daewoo uses several different sizes of glass trays. See this link for examples: (and they are too small!)

Note the 10" (254 mm) / 11 3/4" (279 mm) / 12 3/4" (323 mm) sizes and the difference of the caster guides on the bottom of the plates.

I have been trying since 1 minute after you posted just to cross the KOR-1B4H number to a parts reference without success.

Honestly I would probably use the email link on the page and ask what the size was of the tray and then SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE!

The last 2 on the page may be a better match at 13.5 inches leaving 1/2 in. clearance on each side of the turntable.

They can all work on 60HZ, the mains transformers are quite happy at that frequency.
