Well first of all tell me is your player works with charger or it never works..? If your player work with charger and not in battery mode then you need to change the battery in your player. if this not work with charger then may be the charger is bad and do not allow to charge the battery and never works...... Please reply for more help or information.....

Uplug from wall outlet, remove main battery, allow 30 minutes to discharge the player, this will reset the microprocessor ic. Now install battery and plug in the power cord, attempt to operate the device, if no change! buy new player much cheaper.

i had the same problem, all you have to do is take the bulk of the charger and give it a whak with your hand,the same for the console.

There is only one problem that it can be, a manufacturers defect. Under the assumption that you have a warranty of some sort i recommend returning the product to the store which you bought it or straight to the manufacturer. They should either give you a refund or exchange your defunct product for a brand new one.

You should have a power cable that plugs into the "AC" jack on the side of the unit. Plug the other end of the cable into the wall.

the answer is yes. Check the sides of the player, you will see a yellow jack space, just like the earphone jack space which is green.

The yellow jack space is called "AV OUT" that where wire will be connected from the player to TV.

The wire you will be using is 3.5mm to RCA Video cord. There is 3.5mm to RCA Audio, so make sure you get 3.5mm to RCA Video cord.
