If your PC doesn't have a built in Card-Reader you will need to buy one (you can get them at Pound shops & they only cost 1 pound). Then it's simply a matter of plugging the card-reader into a USB port, pop your SD Card into the relevant slot in the card-reader, wait for the necessary drivers to be installed & your SD Card will show up in 'My Computer' as a removable drive. Open it & copy away. Hope that helps.

Hello Not to much information from you . Here is a E-Machine assembly for the motherboard . The power switch is a 2-wire connection to the Motherboard. The 2 pins on the motherboard it connects to will be labeled something like PW. The polarity on it doesn't matter. There will also be a power LED connection. Usually those wires are green and black. Green is positive. There's also a hard drive activity LED with (usually) red and black wires. Red is positive. Hopefully that polarity will be marked on the motherboard. If not, try it one way and if the LED doesn't light up, try it the other way. The power (green) LED should be on whenever the PC is on. The hard drive (red) LED will be on whenever the drive is being accessed. There might be pins on the motherboard for reset. Some computers don't have a reset button. In that case you wouldn't connect anything to it. If your case does have a reset button then connect the wires to the reset pins on the motherboard. Polarity doesn't matter for that. Hope this helps

Possibly attempting to boot from a nonbootable device. Remove any USB devices or periferals and try again.

I had an Emachines W3609 that did the same thing, I changed the 350-watt power supply with a 550-watt and it still shut off, even using the newer one. I thought just the first one was bad but I guess not. It had more than enough power to power it up but nothing. And it used to randomly restart at times and then just shut off. Try and get a new hard drive maybe that will help. Good luck!

This has happened to me so many times, with Vista and XP. I had to go on another computer and download the drivers from the website for my PC model, and download them and put them on a flashdrive and install them on my PC I had the issue with. They worked than, I had an issue with my Ethernet port. So hopefully this helps.

The wire that is connected to the first computer probably goes to your modem. Take the wire from the modem and put it into a wireless router that has wire output, put another wire from the modem back to your first computer. Then check the settings. You should then run the setup program for the new router so that you can set the wireless security and other settings.

Attach the cable which comes in to your house to the new router (this should be in the routers' instructions) and make certain that there is power to it. On your PC: most newer models will 'find' the new device and will ask if you want it installed or if you have a disc for it. On a MAC/IPhone/IPad it will pick up the signal automatically and then you set your preferences under 'General' ICON. If this is your first wireless you will have to pick a network and name it as your default.

The "Broadcom undi: ....etc...is the sign that the system has attempted to boot from various devices without any luck and is now going to attempt to boot from the network. Since this is generally done well after attempting to boot from your hard drive I would surmise that the hard drive is not working correctly. You will probably need to take it to a shop.

If your camera isn't working and you just upgraded to Windows 8, you could have a bad driver - just get the Windows 8 driver for your computer or tablet. If you're just trying to find a button to turn it on and see what it sees, that's not exactly how it works. Just use an app - like Skype, or Google Hangouts that uses the camera and it will work automatically.
