Your player doesn't support the raw file format like less expensive models all seem to do.
Either that, or your unit doesn't support Divx or Xvid or whatever format the movie was encoded in.
You need to transcode the movie into a normal DVD format.
Programs like NERO are great for this purpose.
You can get a trial version of NERO from their website, but I highly recommend purchasing it.
You can get a fully working 15 day trial of the newest version here:

Hi, First of all, do you plat MKV file play normally on what ever you play it with?

I guess may be you did not convert it or the MKV file that you are talking about does not play on the system you want to use it for.

Get a converter and convert the file you want to play video with from the below lnk::

Dear Shah ji,
I think Sony Service Center in UK can upgrade your DAV-DZ260 to play DivX files.
I live in Pakistan and can upgrade firmware if required.

Hello, Daniel -

I suggest you contact JPay directly (via a telephone call). This is the link to the JPay Contact information:

I believe you will need to send the JPay 5 to JPay with a check to cover the unlocking fee. JPay will send the unlocked JPay 5 back to you.

Best wishes.

You mean the front fascia and switch panel? Depends on what it is marked or dirty with? You can't use anything too strong or it will remove the lettering. I would have a cup of hot water with a little dish soap in it. Dip the toothbrush in and then shake the excess water off. Do a small area and dry it off with paper towel.

For mechanical switches, get a can of 'Switch Cleaner'. It exists!

This is filed under computer speakers but in any case, with a smart phone, their is a low probability this can be done by the customer. In any case, it will involve opening the smartphone case, and replacing the speaker and or repairing the audio circuit if indeed the speaker or audio circuitry are defective. I would make sure the speaker required repair or replacement as it could be a setting or feature issue.

Use the pass code number.
If you have forgotten it, or if it is stolen, connect it to a computer with iTunes on it, log into your iCloud account and do a Hard Reset on it, restoring it to Factory Settings with no pass code. It may be PUK Locked at firmware level, in which case you have to phone the Telco that owns it under an undischarged contract.
