Most likely one of two issues is occurring. Either the inducer fan is not providing enough draft because it is either spinning too slowly or the impeller is damaged, or the pressure switch that the inducer motor air flow is supposed to activate is not operating properly. If the pressure switch fails to activate, the furnace will not open the gas valve and fire the ignition believing that there is not sufficient draft the vent the combustion gases.

It is going out on high head pressure wash the outside coil on the comdenser

check indoor fan motor

check the two sensors, one of the sensors to be defective

no 240 volts at unit, bad contactor, 24 volts not there to pull contactor in.

need to take coil cleaner and spray the underside of coil with fan running. when you turn a/c back on it will rinse itself through condensate.

should get a 10 to 12 degree drop between supply and return air.

have to clean coil and pan with bleach and water.

the water should run down coil into drain pan unless coil is dirty

probably a tonnage issue. unless you have 12 inches of insulation in the attic i like to go with 400 sq. ft. per ton in the houston area. our humidity is so high it will not keep a cold enough coil to wring moisture out of air. all a/c systems are designed to operate at 95 degree ambient. when you get to 102 and more the effienecy drops off quick.

you usually have a model and serial number on a data plate.

replace capacitors

try replacing capacitors.

check and make sure outside unit is running. should have warm air coming out of condensor

breaker must be on for fan to work

make sure there is a trap on drain line will not drain properly without it.

check wire connections should be some evidence of arcing. usually black residue.

Straighten out the offending fan blade and the noise will stop,- could be either the condenser or evaporator fan.
