The error code means that you need to replace or emptied out the waste toner bottle. If you are asking about a IR 2200 > the waste toner is on the left side or the copier toward the rear of the copier. It is behind a cover with one screw that holds it on. When you take the cover off > the waste toner bottle is there, just slide it out & empity it out and make sure you clean the neck of the bottle, inside & out side > there is a window that has to be cleaned. Install it back into the copier and turn the MAIN POWER off on the right side and turn it back on. That should fix that.... Good Luck

E602 Is a hard disk error you can Turn the machine off Hold Down the 1 and 9 keys while powering the machine on continue to hold keys until you see activity on the screen. This is a disk check that you can try. 90% of E602 codes require harddrive replacement the other 10% are usually corrupt firmware or a bad boot rom.

That's a fuser temperature code that will need to be cleared in service mode. Press the additional functions key * then press 2

go to canon website.then download network scan gear .and remember it is a network scanner and not a usb and that too B/W

One suggestion is to check if there is paper behind the tray which is stopping the paper lift mechanism from functioning properly. The paper senso rcould be dirty or broken and will need to be serviced. Or, the papersize dial could be set to the wrong paper size.

Basicly, a error code E00007-000 means that the fuser fixing film can not find the home position.. Odds are that you need to replace the fuser fixing film and or the upper fuser unit.....the fuser film ripes and the film start to bind up on one side and the sensor can not see the white patch on the film.... There is a botton on the control panel that say's "Counter" press the botton and that is the meter count.

I'm sorry but this is a hard disk drive failure. Power off the copier and hold down the 1 & 9 keys at the same time and power back on the copier. Wait until you see a box at the top left of the display and release. This box will drop down to the bottom of the screen and let this run until the whole display is covered. This like a check disk on a computer. Most likely you will ahve to replace the HDD will a new one and isn't very cheap. You can't replace it with a computer HDD. It must be a Canon one ( $ 600.00 ) or some one who makes a compatible replacement. The HDD will have to be formatted to Canon specs and the system software will have to be reinstalled using special Canon software. Good Luck..
