E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 Error code: Due to AC line noise Error Code


Symptom E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise. Description E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise.
If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise. Cause When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times. Field Remedy Replace the Switching Regulator PCB　***'y with a new one.

The circuit has been modified to resist a noise. REMEDY Caution
　Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.

hi the error code means tah lan card cannot be read and faulty check the harnes betwen it and the PCB if its ok change the card thanks.

problem with fixing assy

Press the usermode star and release and then no 2 and 8 togheter and relealese,press the usermode star again.The machine will go in to service mode.Select copier and then on the next screen select funcktion and then clear.press the error and select ok.Switch the machine off for a minute and on again.The machine should be ok.After the clear has been done and the error is still showing then the fixing unit is faulty.

this is a fixing related error ... if u have replaced fixing film make sure not to remove the thin heater 2- if u have removed it for cleaning purpose u may have fix it in wrong direction A------------------B B---------------------A or check the main connector

This is a main thermistor reading is lower than 140 celcius, main cause the fixing film unit is faulty, you can try clearing the code first to see if it resets, by going in to service mode on he panel display select *28* the 28 together, you will have a new sceen then select COPIER> FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERROR, then turn off then on. fist primary cause would be the fixing film unit.
