Check the non working plate element for continuity - if open replace it. Otherwise the switch is bogus.

Yes, the racks just slide out on the indentations on the side panels. But hopefully you installed them correctly - if you put them upside down the fall out easily.

There are 3 ways we as service techs use on a stubborn glass that is badly stained to get them clean.
1. On a warm not HOT oven. Spray it with "easy off" oven cleaner on the glass only and leat it soak for about an hour. I use thick stacks of newspaper for maksing off the metal while applying the cleaner so as not to get the easy off oven cleaner on the metal. I lift away the newpaper after the application. Then at the end of 1 hour wipe it off. Do a second treatment if necessary.
2. If after the Easy Off cleaning periods you still have the stained glass make a trip to any auto parts store and buy some engine degreaser. (Aerosol) Do the same thick newsprint masking routine as above and lift it off after application. Let it sit for an hour and wipe off with paper towels.
Do a 2nd treatment if necessary.
3. Next to last cleaning use Mr. Muscle Kitchen Cleaner on everrything in the broiler. No masking required. Spray it on... let it sit at least 15 minutes and wipe clean.
Final cleaning use a mild dishwashing soap and water. Then do a fresh water wipe off. Make sure to remove everything you applied as it WILL make your broiler smell bad if you don't get it all off.

The element to your oven can be replaced because they are not repairable, i will advice you check either ebay.com or amazon.com to buy a new element.

We recently moved and our bravetti Platinum Pro
I would suspect that wire connectors to a switch has vibrates slightly loose. Take the unit apart, and clean and tighten any wire connectors, and elements if you can get at them. Since you moved and had the problem, it's most likely a physical connection not quite making contact.
Couldn't find anything on the error code on the net, so refer to the manual. It might help.

Convection mode
I would assume that these ovens have a faulty fan motor mount or it may just be a bad design. I would go with a different make or model.
