It sounds like you need to re-adjust your convergence. The purpose of adjusting your convergence is to align your red, green, and blue colors. Moving your TV often causes this problem. I hope you get it going.

If the lamp is new and good to go then you may have to reset the lamp replacement counter in your setting menu. When that is set back to zero you wont have a problem until it is time for a new lamp again.

Basically, all you need is: 1- Power-up the camera. 2- Select video input 1 or 2 on your TV. 3- Run a cable from the camera to the TV 4- Connect the cable coming from the camera to video input 1 or 2 on your TV.
