Toast button sticks and sometimes
I had the same problem which was getting worse. Eventually I took the oven apart by removing the feet, shell and front. Then I removed the circuit board on the front panel which has all the switches on it. We never use the "Defrost" function, so using a soldering iron, I swapped the "Toast" switch with the "Defrost" switch. The Toast function now works normally. I plan to get some spare switches for the next time one of these goes wrong. While I had one of them out I checked it out and a Panasonic P/N EVQ-PAE05R available from Digi-Key P/N P12192S-ND looks like it will do the trick.
Toaster not heating high enough
either the high voltage regulator is failing (you can test with voltmeter) Or the heating element is bad. You can test power to element.
Fused plug
If it is a moulded plug you will need to chop it off and wire on a standard 3 pin plug(if you are qualifiedor capable of doing so ) If its in guarantee though do not do this. There must be a reason it blew the fuse. If in guarantee get it repaired under the terms of the guarantee.
Failure to operate
I had the same problem, and replaced the thermal fuse, (that suspiciously went out shortly after the warranty expired). Since then, it's been going strong for the last couple months. The fuse itself is $2-$5 but will require time, tools and patience. Here are some links:

My krups stop working while
Make sure you have AC at the wall-plug by plugging in another appliance there. If not, you may have a tripped GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter).
If power is there, a thermal fuse, now common in many 'hot' appliances, may have failed.
These are almost all made in China now and have proven very unreliable; you may just be another victim of this.
Convection Toaster Oven won't turn off
you have a relay failure . its real common on all digital ovens in general after looking up yours , there are no inside parts made for this oven . this is another problem with all "made in china " appliances THERES JUST NO PARTS! anywhere ! see what your warranty will do , if thats no good, some krups appliances can be sent back for "repair " its not realy repaired just replaced at a reduced cost . i wish you luck .........Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department .
