System error
hi,
the c7100 error is a problem with the Auto Toner Sensor.
the first this to check is that you are using a genuine toner cartridge.
if you are please try to re-set the developer by keying in 1087 1087
then 130 press start and then start again once this is done please press stop twice, then 001 and start
if this does not fix it it may need either a new sensor or a new developer unit.
Kyocera mita 4530 jam code 22 there is no jam
Replacing the jam sensor should end the error code.If cleaning didn't remove the error, one of the sensor is stuck(internally). The insides of a sensor contacts driven by optical sensors or flip switches(it depends what models you have). If it is optical-either the transmiter ligth is dirty or the reciever is dirty too it needs contact cleaning(observe wiring connections too).If it is a mechanical switch-replacing the switch of the same type will do the job.
