One of the drawers will not open
You may have a faulty capacitor that is an electrical problem not allowing a signal for the tray to open. Sometimes they track can stick as well.
One thing you can do is stick a paper clip in the middle of the tray, slowly pull it open, then pull it back as far as it will allow you, then press eject and it usually will re-align itself back on track and work again.

I am getting a lot of distortion feedback when I
Sounds like a ground problem. Try
to hook a ground strap or wire from the case of the computers power supply to
the ground of the mixer. If it still has noise, try to touch the ground to the
bracket of the computers sound card. Most likely, the computer uses a three
prong adaptor and the mixer does not. Outlet grounds have voltages which bleed
off from motors and other devices, which could cause the 60hz noise. If your
mixer has a three prong plug do not plug your computer and mixer in separate
outlets with separate grounds or you could fry your system. If you still have problems use a three to two
prong adaptor and attach an isolated ground wire on the adaptor for the computer.

Gem Sound CDM-150 Dual cd player
This is what I did to get a copy, I went on different store sites that sold this product and I found that some will advertise the product, it's functions and its instruction manual. When you find it just copy and paste the page.
