Hi,this is a detailed description of how you pair your jabra headset to your phone;

Pairing Instructions:

1. Please ensure that the Headset is OFF, i.e the blue light is not flashing.

2. Press and hold the answer/end button until you see a solid blue light (approximately 8 seconds), then release.

3. Set your phone to “discover” the headset by following your phone's instruction guide. Typically, the steps involved going to a “setup”, “connect”, or “Bluetooth” menu on your phone and then selecting the option to “discover” a Bluetooth device.

4. When your phone finds the “Jabra BT125”, it asks if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by selecting “yes” or “ok”.

5. When your phone asks for a passkey, enter “0000” (4 zeros) from your keypad and then press “yes” or “ok”.


(Note: Pairing must be done every time the Headset establishes a link with a different mobile phone or other Bluetooth compatible device)

You will find it at Jabra's online store (direct link here). You could also find them on eBay, but after a brief pick I've just done there, all of them, at least at this time, are, believe me or not, more expensive.

No, bluetooth means compatible.
Have you set your headset to discovery mode before you looked for it with your phone? I think you hold down the main button until the light stays lit.

Most default headset pairing codes are 0000

a solid light is required to put it into learning mode so you can pair a phone to it - switch it off then press and hold the on/off button for 8 seconds then the light will stay on in pairing mode

Jabra has a lookup on their site for compadibility between their product and other devices

read the directions from Samsung about pairing Bluetooth devices

most pairing codes for bluetooth devices are 0000

send them back for warranty repair!

Your battery may be completely discharged. contact Jabra to fix this problem. Jabra has a lot of problems with their batteries!
