Crown CE2000 Amplifier Questions & Answers
Why doesn't right channel work?
It could be a defective switching element but more likely something has failed in the right channel amplifier chain such as a a component or amplifier stage.
Red and green lights falshing on and off....
Please add some more information, such as this amp show some smoke before? was it working then all of the sudden stops? The 2 red lights generally speaking means that there's a power amp stage failure, which could be from moderate to severe, please put some more information and i will be glad to help you.
Turns off after a few minutes
the fan works only when the temperature goes up beyond a limit.the circuit gets triggered only after this point. check the voltage to this drive circuit and the trigger. heat the thermister and see if the fan works. if the heat is not heating up do not worry about this issue at all, normally this happens only when it drives up so much. Hope this helps? good day
Cooling Fan Not Working
There is a fan drive circuit in these that will control the fan speed depending upon the load on the amp. It sounds like this citcuit is defective, This unit should be sent in for service. Crown units are not the easiest to repair and I would not suggest it be attempted without prior experience. This should not be an expensive repair.

Power Crown XTi 6000 activates protection and does not generate PWM what could it be?
The Power Crown XTi 6000 is a power amplifier, and it sounds like it is activating its protection circuit and not generating a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal. There could be a few different reasons for this behavior. Some possible causes include:
- Overheating: The amplifier could be overheating, causing the protection circuit to activate in order to prevent damage.
- Short circuit: There could be a short circuit in the amplifier, causing the protection circuit to activate.
- Input signal issue: The input signal to the amplifier could be causing the protection circuit to activate. This could be due to a problem with the source, such as a malfunctioning mixer or a disconnected cable.
- Output impedance or load mismatch: The amplifier may have a mismatch in output impedance or the load impedance which can cause the protection circuit to activate.
- Firmware or software issue : There could be a problem with the firmware or software that controls the amplifier, causing the protection circuit to activate.
Without more information, it's difficult to say for certain what the problem is. It's recommended to check the manual for troubleshooting steps and also check for any possible firmware updates. If problem persist it's recommended to take professional help.

Did you receive my DVD of THe Crown Series one?
Hello, Sylvia -
I have no idea what entity you meant to receive your question.
You posted in the Fixya.com website, which is intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS. Plus, your question landed in the Fixya category for Crown (brand) Audio Players & Recorders.
Perhaps you meant to message Netflix, or your local public library, or a person from whom you borrowed the DVD, or someone to whom you sold the DVD, or . . .
Best wishes.
