check whether your using the wright Toner cartridge secondly is the transfer bias spring or ground plates on the drum unit are firmly well.

First of all try clean the slit glass with wet towel if the lines persist change the slit of that machine if still remains the same check the optics and clean the exposure lamp. thanks

The problem is the main board is faulty or it needs to be upgrading its firmware mostly likely it got affected by the power try out this: Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. The only solution is to clean the discharge lamp of the drum housing and also making sure that drum terminals are cleaned well

Take the blue toner cartridge out. Give it a shake. Put it the right way up and gently tap the ends to settle the toner. Open the shutter and blow or gently brush along the bottom edge. Close the shutter. Wipe the bottom of the cartridge and reinsert it. Sometimes it can get so bad you have to vacuum inside the toner slot. It is caused by not following the instructions to tilt end to end and tap to settle.
