Did you remove the tab covering the opening on your new cartridge. If so then your add tube is clogged or the auger is damaged

Kyocera taskalfa 1800 is showing add toner on its screen even after another toner has been fixed

You either got a bad toner (the chip on it is telling it is bad). Open the front cover and replace it with the new toner then close the front cover.
