How do I program my 12 pre-sets on my Sirius car radio?
Most presets are programmed by tuning in to a desired radio station and then pressing and holding the preset button of your choice when usually one of two things will happen - either the audio of the station will disappear and return after about 5 to 8 seconds or there will be a beep after 5 to 8 seconds. In both cases the station will be stored in that preset.
Sometimes special instructions apply but mostly the above or some variation of the above will work. Once you have spent a while pressing buttons the process usually becomes intuitive.

Maybe the unit is down, it might need to fixed right away as soon as possible by a professional or a manufacturer that owns the product.
