Installation windows xp emachine t5082

You must find "eMachine" XP USB drivers for your computer.
If all USB support is "enabled" in BIOS, the conflict is with drivers.
XP is loaded with many generic drivers, however eMachines is proprietary and requires eMachine drivers for most on-board hardware.

Contact eMachines support to locate the drivers (if available).

Emachines desktop t5082 system setup advanced settings

You're probably missing a driver for it. Download it off the website for which ever mouse you're using and see if that works. If not try to see if your USB ports will read anything else. Like a flashdrive or get a USB keyboard and test them, assuming you're using a USB mouse.

My e-machines will not let me upgread my ddr2 1eb memory

That Machine would take DDR2 PC2-5300 upgrade chips. The max that system could take would be two 1GB sticks for a total of 2GB or 2048MB of memory. Memory is fairly easy to damage with static discharge and is also very easy to not put in all the way. When putting it in, unplug the power from the computer, push and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds to help discharge power from the computer, Line up the pins on the memory and push them into place till the little arms at the sides of the slot pop up and click into place. I'd install one chip at a time, powering the machine up after the first chip to make sure it works, then starting over again. The only time I'd install both chips at the same time would be when installing a memory kit (two or more chips in one package), in which case, install both chips before powering it on.

Sunon cpu fan stopped working and I bought another

It sounds like you have the incorrect replacement. You do not want any space between heatsink and CPU.

Will the fan off it swap with your original?

Don't forget themal paste either.

Acer desktp internal ram installation needed

I'm a bit confused....did you have all four of these in the ACER and are trying to put the 2x1GB into the Emachine? And that the 2x1 GB wouldn't work in the Emachine but they did in the ACER and that the 2x512 Acer cards worked in the emachine? If that is what happened here is my best guess. The ACER MOBO will support 533/667/800 MHZ DDR2 RAM. The Emachine will only support 533 RAM. Iys possible the 2x1GB are either 667 or 800 MHZ and are not compatible with the Emachine but will work in the ACER.
