I have a Mitsubishi WD-62525 TV with a Blue Ray DVD player hooked up to it. When I play a standard DVD, the picture is fine but if I play a Blue Ray DVD the picture is scrambled. I hooked the same DVD

Might be tuned to the wrong output. The big tv has more than one input and is select able. Is there a blue ray selection for TV or input for that device.

When the TV is switched Off, the code automatically resets to "12" No Error.Pressing the front panel "DEVICE" and "MENU" buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds, activates the Error Code Mode. Premature Lamp Blow

Have you been turning off this set from some OTHER power source, such as a cable box ? The set MUST have constant power for at least 3 minutes after turn off for the bulb to cool down. Also, do NOT use a generic "bargain bulb" to replace--either an original or a phillips one do NOT use an Osram "neolux" lamp, Mits. do NOT like them !!

Sound but no picture

Dear Reece, It seems that you have a problem with the power supply circuit that powers the video part of your projection TV or the power drivers for the three color (RGB) tubes. You will need to have it repaired by a service technician. Hope it helps! Best regards, Miguel Luiz Martins
