To get the disc out, you have to take out its DVD mechanism. It is a skilled work. It will be best to contact any service technician.

You need the correct cables, maybe a composite to scart adapter. Please give info as to the make/model of your equipment.

I'm also facing the same problem. No Picture comng up. Evel the Power LED doesn't glow. I tried pressing the button combo, but it didn't helop. Any help...............
