Hi, Do on thing Oppen the Turntable and replace the 5 electrolytic capacitor ( 330mfd 16V,3.3Mfd 25V, two 2.2mfd 25V and 47mfd25v )in the circuit board. Also try to replace the 2 Vriable resistor ( 2K and 5K) in the circuit board of which one is for setting the speed of 33.33 and another for 45 rpm. If you need the service manual then just get in to the following link. You have to wait for some time until you will get a notification that Get the manual.Ajin

Plug in sldz 1200 no power tried another cord
You need to use a ohm meter (you can get one cheap) and find out if the power switch is working. You can also determine with it if the power is getting into the turntable. If the switch is working and power is getting to it, then either the transformer has failed or something is wrong in the power supply section.

Plays warped
You will need to check your belt for wear. Lift felt on platter and check belt tension. It may need replacing. To replace, simply lift platter section of the unit, taking note of the belt position. replace and your problem will be solved
