Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program.

A. Skype Setup:

1. Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and
Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
2. Then click on the Video Settings.
3. The camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
4. Then, on the bottom of the page click on Save.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to
see and her to you.

B. Yahoo Setup:

After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger

hi, your cam should work on macOSX but with limitations, like the autofocus and the true colour not working... it is designed by microsoft, so...

finally i found it . proniq mw1350 vista driver.. search for http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/F5V/CMOS_Camera_chicony_CNF6123_XP_070618.zip from this linkhttp://usb2-0-pc-camera-sn9c201.drivers.informer.com/download/852yes it is not soniq but when windows suggested sonix website i figured that the manufacturer is sonix so i tried one by one..and finally it worked.

it will not work on a mac machine, just like i chat would not work on a windows machine.
