Hi the 116-325 error for the 3535 is a 24Volt communication error.

The 24V power supply 105E18641 is probably bad, or possibly some wires that connect them.

unfortunately , unless you have the data saved on another hard drive , gig stick etc , it is all lost you will have to install a new operating system from a cd or download from the net everything that you view , save on a computer is all on the hard drive initially so when that drive fails --all is lost there are companies that can remove the disc from a failed hard drive and then recover the data but , the cost has to be considered as it is not cheap

that is a fuser overheat code suggest you have a techintion repair or replace the fuser

+24 VDC power is failed. Status Code 102-319 is displayed after 116-325 is displayed.
+24V LVPS is failed. Perform following:
Remove Rear Cover (REP 14.2).
Remove cover from +24V LVPS (PL 9.1).
Disconnect P502 on +24V LVPS (Figure 1).
Check that power is switched off. Measure resistance of fuse on +24V LVPS. Resistance is 1
ohm or less.
if no Replace +24V LVPS (PL 9.1).
if yes Switch on the power. Measure the AC voltage between the white and black wires in P2 on the
+24 VDC. 110 or 220 VAC is measured.

If it does it again you will need to replace your hard drive and that will take a service call.

If you have a Xerox WC5225 with Error Code 010-320, then you have a fuser problem. The fuser is the heated item which bonds the image, just before it exits the unit. The machine monitors the temperature sensors and heating elements on this part.
The fuser is sold as PN 126K24980. It is easy to replace yourself.
