My D-Link WBR 2310 router

This type of problem can be related to a firmware issue on the router and what you can do here to try in correcting the problem is to do first some changes on the wireless settings of the router like the channel and play around with it and look for a stable channel but if still the same problem do a firmware upgrade on it.

I have a d-link wbr-2310,

On the iPod touch, select "Settings"
On the second line, you should see "Wi-Fi", touch on the right side of this bar, this will bring you to the menu to choose a network. From there, choose the network you want, and type in the security code if need be.
.
As a note, if you go back to settings, the 1st line is "Airplane Mode", make sure this option is "OFF".

Try changing channels, it could be RF noise from some near by device, you could also try updating the firmware to the latest version, some times moving the router in a different location could help.

Good luck!

My router has been set

You'll need to reset your router to its factory default condition, then re-enter your configuration information (ie, set a new wireless password, etc.).

Use a paperclip or similar item to (while the router is on) depress the "Reset" switch on the back of the router, hold it for 10 seconds, then release. This will reset it so you can reconfigure it as if it was new using the web interface.

Hope that's helpful.

Cannot log into 192.168.0.1 using Windows Vista

If your trying to log into your router, try using 192.168.0.254 but do it on cable until you have the router configured for wireless. Normally, unless it was changed by your service provider, the router home address is 192.168.0.254.
