Oven light won't work . No power to recepticle
The power come from mains go to a conector then to the back of the light switch and finnaly to light recepticle. Usualy the problem you describe from overheat of the wire which is not contacting to one of the point mention above. So you have to make a good visual inspection on one by one the points.
Pay attention once more to the recepticle since is the most posible position and is not so easy to see very clear any loose wire connection.
If you are not experiance in inspection of live wires you can make the test first with the continuity check of the multimeter without power on the oven and find where there is an open circuit on light wiring.
THe control panel doesn't display.
TURN OFF THE POWER TO THE RANGE THEN LOCATE THE SCREWS AROUND THE DISPLAY PANEL REMOVE ALL SCREWS AND OPEN UP THE PANEL CHECK WIRES FOR ANY WARE OR TARE ALSO CHECK THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ARE GOOD .

as far as the elementy working, if it glows red, its working. if the unit is preheating within 12-15 min, id say the elements are fine. as far as not maintaining temp, thats strange, if the elemnt turns on the control is sendinding power, and its shuttin off so its stopping power, sounds as if a relay is geting stuck on the control board, strange thngs happen when you short things out like that.
Broiler works intermittantly
It sounds like you have an intermittent disconnection either because of a dirty contact on or in the switch or something loose like a wire or the element contacts, maybe not plugged in all the way--possibly greased and dirty. If you feel comfortable try moving stuff around with the switch on and see if anything makes it change -- otherwise get somebody knowledgeable with a test meter.

i would first try the breaker it sounds like you only have half the power coming to unit and the light and clock will work but the heating componets will not as they require the full 220-245 volts
it sounds very odd that everything as far as burners and elements are out but you have a clock display and light... you have lost one of the legs of power somehow...either the double breaker is not fully on and may require turning off oven breaker and resetting or half the breaker has failed... a sure way of testing would be to pull out and with a volt meter test to see that you have 220-245 volts coming to oven,,, hope this helps out repost if anymore questions...
