Hello, First, check the bridge switch located on the rear of the amplifier, should be on STEREO position, GROUND switch to GROUNDED position, check front potentiometer for dirt or scratchy sound as turned it up or down, if none of this solve your issue then could be an internal defective speaker output relay, or channel fuses, let me know if you need further assistance, Regards.

If you have fader capabilities...and there is still signal "leaking" through...you may try reducing your input gain on each channel of your mixer...as well as make sure you have a good ground connection between your components.

It sounds like you have "thermally intermittant solder joints" on your circuit board...you may have to remove the circuit board itself and check for broken solder joints around each of the components inside where heat and vibration more than likely has broken the solder holding the components to the circuit board...it could only be one bad joint...but it can become a search and solder type of process so it's just as well to touch up each solder joint individually to make sure they are making proper contact.

first is how u want to run the amp itself ....... the MAX2500 can run in mono (bridged) output or stereo ......... though wat u want to watch is the impedance of the load really with the bridged load being no lower than 8 ohms/1500W (there's reasons for this) and the stereo load where u can have either 4 ohms/750W or 8 ohms/500W so how do u want to run this is first the question ..... all 6 on the bridged output or 2 off each channel (though running 3 would make for complicated impedance load) ..... so u'd run 2 in parallel for a 4 ohm load with 300 watt requirement from the amp and u can drive them to 1.5 times their rated RMS figure so a nice 500 watts :)
