If you just bought this computer not knowing about the password how can it already have your sole means of financial support on it?

I'm sorry but Microsoft does not provide free upgrades for your computer. However, the security difference between XP and Vista is not far apart. As long as you have a good anti-virus program, you will be all set.My recommendations, purchase a paid version of anti-virus for stronger protection such as : Prevx 3.0 antivirusIf you prefer a good free anti-virus (not as good as paid versions), use Microsoft Security Essentials.Best regards, abdielpc repair fort lauderdale

When switched on my pc

This error is displayed if chassis intrusion protection is enabled and the cover is removed.
But as I remember you can bypass this message and start the computer. I don't remember the key, but try Escape or Enter key. (I think the button to skip this error is displayed below the message).
You can also go to BIOS and disabled Chassis intrusion detection.

Would like to copy my

I guess you have a CD writer/Combo or DVD writer on your computer.
Assuming you have Windows XP, I'll answer the question. (If you have Win 7 still you may be able to figure out how to do this after reading these instructions).
Select the pictures you want to copy. Right-click on one of them and select Send To --> (Your CD Writer) from menu. (If you have pictures in several locations you can go to each folder and do this).
You will see a text balloon appearing on bottom right corner saying 'You have files waiting to be written to CD'. Click on this balloon or open the CD writer from 'My Computer'.
Click 'Write these files to CD' from the left. Insert a blank CD and proceed.

I want to upgrade my

I hope I can help!
I believe you are correct. Unfortunately, your PC does not support PCI Express 2.0, so it will not function with your computer. If you can return the video card, I would do so, depending on where you bought it from, many manufacture's will allow you to "RMA" the video card. If you would like information on how to do that, I can probably help you, but would need to know who you bought it from. Probably the easiest course of action would just be to contact them directly though.
Now, as to which card you can use, you basically need a card that is PCI Express x 16. This is a slightly older format, so you will have some trouble finding a large variety of cards. For the most part, the cards I will give you links to should be supported by your computer. Newegg is a great place, but it looks like most of their PCI x 16 cards are out of stock right now. You can also try Tiger Direct, Frys, and if you have to, Best Buy.
I hope that helps!

By the way, this is a link to the specs of your computer if you would like it. Link
