Logitech LX 710 Keyboard/Mouse Questions & Answers
How can I clean the rubber part of this keyboard?
The "rubber" is just a thin coating (at least on my diNovo Media keboard). It gets sticky over time and can be removed completely with isopropanol (2-propanol) and paper towels. The alcohol can be purchased at your local pharmacy. You have to be patient, it takes some effort to fully remove it.
My keyboard sometimes does not
It is possible that the keyboard processor is faulty . The best you can do is to open the keyboard placed on a soft cloth upside down.Remove all the screw to see the small board with the flexible pad. Use a good soldering iron to do a touch up soldering on this sub processor . Close and test. If the fault stays the IC must be defective. You will need to check the cost of the IC( availability) to the cost of a new keyboard. But i hope you try this out and see if it works out. Good day
