Probably the control / clock that has a bad bake relay. Replace control.

Amana Gas Range, Model ARG7300W, needs spark module part #0315154. Local parts house says no longer available. Any substitute parts known to work in place of 0315154

My Amana electric stove top popped and i saw a red flash from the burner i turned on. This happened twice. The breaker tripped each time. What could have caused this? It has never happened before.

There is a short circuit problem/fault with your electric stove. Short means both live and neutral cables are connecting together at some point I.e. with no load in-between them. Have an electrician help check things out for you.
