I cannot get the envelope fuction to work
The printer will stop printing is there is an error, check for any paper jam before printing. Take note of the error message and locate the exact jam.

These defects normally occur when printing is attempted on unsupported media or when the printer is set up for a different type of media than the media that is actually loaded into the machine.
Check your media and ensure that it is suitable for use in the printer. Refer to the printer's user manual for information on supported media types and weights. Is the media you are printing on supported in the printer?
Ensure that the paper type is set accurately on the printer operator panel (go to Menu/Paper Menu/Size-Type/Tray1/Type). Is the paper type set correctly on the printer operator panel?

i had the same problem and got on a chat with lexmark technical support and they helped me fix it, they referred me here http://i26.tinypic.com/24bj3tw.jpg, make sure those two crank wheels are in the up position, i did that and immediately the printer recognized the pc units and started working, i still had to reset the counts on the pc units, but the printer was instantly functioning

was this printer removed or installed while it was powered on? if it was the control board in the lower tray will need to be replaced this can and often does short the board. does the tray show up in the paper menus?

how are you hooking this printer up to begin with? ethernet? when you installed it was it hooked to a usb cable? if it wasnt on usb you should uninstall the previous installation hook it up with a usb cable to install it, this should make it show up in system properties. then madify the install to a network printer from there
Lexmark c532n prints smudges on page
The problem could be caused by the photoconductor units. Try to swap the affected photoconductor units (like swap the magenta with black and cyan with yellow). If problem still occurs, then the photoconductors need replacement. I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for assistance. Thanks

From the ready menu scroll down and find the supplies menu. Under the supplies menu you will find the Replace Supplies Menu. Select it. Then scroll dyel to yel PC unit, select it and that will turn off the prompt.

Paper jam
. There are rollers that cling on to the paper and move it through
the machine. When the rollers are worn down they do not grip the paper. For a
short fix you can get something rough like sandpaper, brillo pad, etc, and
gently scratch the rollers to give them some traction. This will temporarily
solve your problem until you can get the rollers replaced.
I am trying to print
yes.it is possible.you will just have to select the legalsize in the printer properties to print on the legal size paper.if not selected the printout will get cut little bit from its end.
