Your hard drive may have gone south. Remove it and check with diagnostic software. Bad sectors in critical areas of operating system data will do this.

You will need to purchase a new Power Supply Unit if it is not able to start up when it is plugged in the PSU is bad. Replace the unit immediately. I hope this assisted you. You may have a bad sector which will notify you very soon. It is a common problem with Windows Vista & Windows 7
If the ballon shows up you have a bad sector itwill state to replace the hard drive. Most of the time these hard drives will run a few hundred hours before they plainly quit. Back up all material you like to save just incase

it might be a motherboard or memory problem.

no. i think your monitor is old. some time we get voilatie or red screen .some time it take short or long time. and some time screen moving. main cause is lose joint part in monitor it can be fixeb by soilding every parts by expert.for conform u change other monitor.then u can get result . thanks

u can use once time alt+ctrl+ any type arrow to roated screen

You have to remove the screw covers (the black squares around the screen), remove the screws and gentley pry the cover open with yor finger nails or a flat head screw driver, but be careful not to dent the sides with the screw driver. You can then take a can of air and blow the dust out. I would not touch the sensetive screen under neath. You could take a anti static, micro fiber cloth to wipe off the tough stuff.

enter in bios and disable ide or sata on which your harddrive detectd.
then simply install win xp in external usb harddrive.

I have M7 restore disks made off of my M7 hard drive. I'll mail them to you if you pay for shipping and the 4 DVDs....say $15? Then you can restore and the restore tools will be restored to your computer as part of the restore.

download win xp sp3 and install .... ur laptop should work and then download and run the "registered" version of Driver Detective ... it should find drivers specifically for YOUR laptop ... that might work ...

if your machine is still in waranty you can told toshiba and ask them to send you a restore cd.

There should be some software on your laptop to setup hot keys. You need to find it and setup the correct hot key for the volume knob again. If thats not the problem, some computers have memory resident keyboard hot key software that loads at boot-up. Check if this has been disabled if you laptop uses such software.

There should be a little hole somewhere on the tablet. Stick a pin in it then it should factory reset it. Or if you can, create a new user then go to settings and factory reset it from there.

Miracast is the only way with an android device unless your Toshiba TV has file sharing/media sharing apps on it.
