Try reinstalling the drivers for your player. Download the installer here if needed.

the solution is to plug it in your pc then go my computer,and look for removable disk...then select the songs you want to delete and delete them!!!

If you search the web, you can see places that have the USB cable for your player on sale. Here's one:

Once you're able to charge your player, post back with another question regarding the list of Preset songs.

If you install it to your computer as "Add Hardware" your computer will source the drivers for you.

If you are using windows Go to my computer>Removable disk ( the mp3)>And the devices folders are in there- just look for the songs you dont want and simply delete.

Make sure player is on, use another USB port, wait at least 30 seconds.

Does the Player Charge when connected to the USB ? If so then you have a "Live" USB connection so you may need to resolve a USB driver issue.

If you wish to remove certain songs but not all, Insignia recommends using Best Buy Rhapsody to manage the files on your device.
