Have you checked to see if your router has a small reset button? This may reset it to factory settings and possibly reset the password also.

Do you mean GA-A75M-UD2H. I can find no Gigabyte mobo with the designation you give. if your computer is 5 yrs or older it might not support windows 7 also you will need a minimum of 1 GB of RAM for 32 bit or 2GB of RAM for 64 bit to install windows 7 hope this helps

The keyboard may be faulty, try a different keyboard, but don't use an USB keyboard because an USB keyboard may not be recognised until Windows is running.

You have Intel 945GZ and ICH7 chipsets and Realtek ALC888(for sound). Your board was originally rated for Windows Vista but more than likely will work with Windows 7. Try downloads form Gigabyte first but, you can also try here for Intel componenets:

You can have Intel scan your system by clicking on the "Run Intel Driver Update Utility" and see waht they recoomend or you can choose manual downloads:

soud drivers not installing

Please do a factory reset, make sure no key is pressed mouse or keyboard.
Remove all cables to computer .. start to problem solve. Adding one more unit until it starts again or stops. Figure out what's causing it.

Check your bios settings, usually there is an entry which states what do do after power off, have a look though the menu options.

Check the device manager for an exclamation point in your cd drive device. If it has it, follow these steps as described in the Mirosoft website.
