I'm not quite sure what it is you exactly want here but if you need to get into the BIOS utility then as the computer is starting up repeatedly tap the Del key or the Esc key.

if there is no onboard video then either go for the agp card or pci express card ,which ever is compatible with ur system. u will get the display certainly...

You should CLEAR AND RESET THE CMOS on the motherboard and then ON A RESTART go in the BIOS reset everything to its default setting. It should BOOT when it does you can then go back into the BIOS and change things, but write them down as you change them to eliminate the problem. YOU DO NOT MESS IN THE BIOS UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXPERT OR PRO !!!

If you have more than 1 cd/dvd drive in your computer, you have to make sure that it's in the right one for it to boot from CD. Also, if you downloaded and burned WinXP to a disk, you have to make sure that you burned the image to the disk the right way.

CLR_CMOS (Clearing CMOS Jumper) (next to the battery)

Use this jumper to clear the CMOS values (e.g. date information and BIOS configurations) and
reset the CMOS values to factory defaults. To clear the CMOS values, place a jumper cap on the
two pins to temporarily short the two pins or use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch the two
pins for a few seconds.
• Always turn off your computer and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before
clearing the CMOS values.
• After clearing the CMOS values and before turning on your computer, be sure to remove
the jumper cap from the jumper. Failure to do so may cause damage to the motherboard.
• After system restart, go to BIOS Setup to load factory defaults (select Load Optimized
Defaults) or manually configure the BIOS settings (refer to Chapter 2, "BIOS Setup," for
BIOS configurations).

Check your power supply. Do cord accidentally disconnected?

Do you use small AVR? Could it be choking the CPU of power. Check CPU power supply if it ok.

Next thing to check. Cpu unplugged and power off. Ram, video card, PCI card isolate the problem one by one until you get the fault. Or test it to another unit if you can.

Changing motherboard component is impractical actually like transistor.

many power supplies have two(2) four lead connectors, be certain you have the right one connected to the upper left side of the cpu. The next place to check would be at the switching pin out at the bottom right of the MO board, if your switch block is unified, it may be a different configuration than the pin out. if this is the case, then you have the option to rewire the leads into paired blocks. Pain in the backside, but doable.

Oh, just try to reseat the RAM module. When not detected even beep code will not sound. Or clean also its edge connector with pencil eraser.

But if you are talking of your flashing your bios. Well that's another story.

First u attach your pendrive with pc after that u do a right click on pen drive folder ,then u click on scan option then the scan folder will apper and u select the pen drive folder by adding ,then click on next opyion and wait untill the scan is over .After scan over's then u can format your pendrive....

If it is not an accumulation of dust and if your fans are working properly and your ventilation is not blocked, that there was not a built-in cooling system for this integrated part makes me wonder what is going on. One would have thought it suggested such was not necessary. How old is the thermal paste in the computer? I would replace that before trying more desperate measures. it is only a USB mouse and works on any pC really. w7 needs no special driver for this mouse ever, it uses PnP, plug and play and the internet must be active and working for PnP to work is it? not told that. your failed computer is all messed up with w7 even infected monza is w7, 2012 made (year) the usb ports are first not mouse the device manager must show all USB ports have good drivers, and you test them using a USB stick of thumbdrive memory to be sure they do work, and if does good or use USB keyboard to test usb ports all if all that works then the mouse is tried. and internet connected and the mouse to when connected must show up in device manager. and actually function/

talk to gigabyte.com is the cooler not from gigabytes is that it? so is this below? i guess you meant Model# GZ-FW1CA-AJS go back to air or upgrade to far better cooling this is not. cheap cooling is no good. will not last. also above is know for bad corrosion inside, rule #2 buy cooling only from makers that see spare parts for it. or is doomed. the manual shows no parts list for sure water level so needs new water tank I guess, why not ask maker for support no PC store sells parts for this custom case.(turn key is seems) or defeat that switch and just look at level at step 1 , before turned on.
