SOUND pROBLEM
Firstly check
the volume is not low or muted on both windows and the speakers. In windows
click the speaker icon in the bottom right of your screen, check the volume is
turned up. Then click mixer or advanced and check that all volumes are turned
up.
If using a laptop,
check that the hotkey control for volume is on. You will see an audio icon on
one of your ‘F’ keys, hold the Fn button located near the ctrl and press the
volume function key.
Next open Device
Manager from Control Panel and check there are no yellow exclamation marks on
any drivers. If there are then you need a new driver.
If you are still
having issues the sound card may be faulty, this is usually integrated into the
motherboard. In a desktop PC you could buy a new PCI soundcard if you have a spare
PCI slot in your machine.
You need to goto
the manufacturers website, find their support section and there should be a
list of drivers for your specific machine. Installing these should resolve your
problem. I have a list of links to most manufacturers drivers on my website.
Hope this helps,

I can not setup driver for my mainboard Giagabyte
Check bios setting. Advanced BIOS Features
Open you're manual to page 34, section 2-2.
Make sure the On-Chip VGA is set to [Enabled].
If you have a PCI-E card connected to the MB you can not use both at the same time.
Cheers'

Where to find a wire diagram
Gary,
I don't understand, are you building this board and you want to know where to put the traces???
Did you not receive an instruction manual and software and probably a CD with this new board?
While I am not familiar with this exact device, it is my experience that all connections are standard for the form factor board you have. If your new board is the same form factor as the old, you can only plug it in correctly. If it is a diffrent form factor, you can't plug most stuff, including the power, at all. The sound connector will be marked as will the HD drive activity light and other small conectors. The drives will be IDE or SATA. The floppy connector, if any will be near the IDE, if any.
While I didn't understand your question, if I failed to guess the correct answer, please ask again.

Hello Amzy, hi! If you are planning to boot from a bootable USB flash drive, at boot-up you press F11, you will go to a boot menu, then select the USB drive. If your question is how to make a bootable USB flash drive, go search Youtube for the instruction on how to make a bootable flash drive.

How to enable GA-EP43-UD3L motherboard wake on
Most modern ATX motherboards should have a 3-pin Wake-on-LAN connector
near the PCI slots and should included BIOS support for Wake-on-LAN
power up,check the Power Management
Setup for this option.
As i check in your motherboard manual there is not pin but it supports wake on lan so go to bios and enable power on ring in power managment,it should be enable by default.Next right click on your computer, then properties, then device manager(OR YOU CAN SIMPLY GO TO START->RUN AND TYPE devmgmt.msc and hit enter). Then find the network adapters, click on it,and click on your ethernet controller(it should be realtek, gigabyte something like that) and the go to advance and scroll(search) for "wake up on lan" "wake up capabilities" and make sure that is on or enabled AND YOUR DONE:)

Trying to upgrade RAM on GA-945gzm-s2 mobo.
The new RAM module could be faulty or the second memory slot is faulty.
Try removing the original 1Gb memory module and inserting the new memory module in its place to see if the computer boots up normally. If it doesn't then then new memory module is faulty.
