The j is the drive letter that your laptop is expecting the cd drive to be and of course it is not. Go into the bios and select it to boot from the cd drive instead of the hard drive and try again. if it boots correctly from the cd the when you get the option to install windows make sure you delete the partition that windows was on. In fact delete all the partitons asyou have the cd's providing you do not have a data drive with all your info on it.

U better change the screen again..

Try to boot up in safe mode, done by pressing F8 while computer is booting up then restart and let computer boot up regular, if you installed any drivers before this happen unistall them while you are in safe mode.

That's terrible. The right soution should be to try Ashampoo Uninstaller or similar software that gets off EVERY BIT of unwanted software. Use function "Install new applications". It asks for setup.exe, install.exe or similar executable file, that runs Antivirus 360 installer. Point to it. After all the installations completes, "Ashampoo Uninstaller" logs the installation. Now uninstall the unwanted program using "Uninstall logged programs". That's it!

First, plug an external monitor and toggle the screen to check if the image is displayed correctly. This will discard software or configuration issues.

Did your computer come with a restore disc? I find that a crupt c:file can reek havoc on any computer. If you do have a restore program disc. All c;files MUST BE SAVED TO A data DVD-RW discs that will hold all your files. Windows is notorious of self deleting start up files.
