On windows XP pull up windows explorer go to my computer and look for your mp3, towards to bottom of the list. click on the + next to the name, then click audio,music and the album name for the song you want, right click on the song, then delete.I just tried it on mine and it worked. I haven't tried windows 2000 yet. Hope this works for you

Try to Update your driver may it will work for you here are the easiest step for updating the drivers:

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player.

There's no firmware upgrade - I believe you have to uninstall windows media player 11 to use this model of mp3 player, but it's too late for that now, b/c it has already become corrupted.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

To download/copy the music from the MW3837 you'll need to connect it with the computer using the USB cable. After it is connected go to My Computer-> MW3837 player-> copy the music from here and paste it on to the local drive. Disconnect the MW3837 player and open the itunes. Connect the ipod and now add the music in itunes library by either browsing or by dragging it into the library. After the music is added into the library sync the ipod with itunes and now the new music would be copied to your ipod. Hope this helps... I have this same problem but i had format the memmory on my mp3 and when I start power on on it, i have screen only U4 www.EmoDio.com and nothing else. My Computer dosen't find it when is in my USB port.. I don't how to solve this problem.
