Insert a disk. Wait for the disk-spinning to stop.
Open "My Computer".
Double-click the icon for the CD/DVD drive, to see if Windows can read anything from the disk.

When i turnon the laptop
Hello,
The backlight on your laptop may be going out, but more likely someone has accidentally turned down the brightness on your laptop. Almost all laptops now have a brightness control key that is controlled by using the "Fn" key.
Look for 2 keys on your laptop that have a picture of a Sun with an arrow point up or down.
Example:
Pres and hold the "Fn" key will pressing the brightness up key will hopefully resolve your problem.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.

I need to connect my
When I connect a computer to a projector no additional drivers are needed. Just connect the VGA or DVI port to the projector. The projector may be the limiting factor, though, as far as detecting the signal from the VGA cable, and you may have to follow the instructions of the projector to make it work correctly as far as when to power up the computer and what not.
Good luck on this.

Connected to projector via VGA. No output. Display
Hi,
Please check in the Device Manager if under "Monitors", two pnp monitors are displayed. Based on the info that you have provided, it should not be there. Try reinstalling the Video driver from the esupport page and try connecting it again and check if it works. If the issue still persists, try with another cable.
Please get back to me for any clarifications.
Thanks!!!!

Dear sirs
my cd /dvd driver
Interestingly, when the drive is getting old, it can read/read CDs but not DVDs. Your case is exceptional. It more looks like a software problem as well as the type of CDs you are using. Most drives prefer using CDs with a label "CD-R" but not "CD+R". Try checking on the type you are using.
Try Resetting the autorun software for the CDs as well by:
1) Right click on CD drive in my computer
2) Click on properties
3) Choose the Autorun tab
4) Choose the "prompt me each time to choose an action" option.
Inform me if it works

How to resolve a stuck
Hello,
The causes of stuck keys is as a result of dust in the laptop keyboard, you have to open the laptop and blow it,with a vacuum blower, if you cannot open the laptop on your own, you can give it to a technician, you can also buy an external keyboard and connect it to your computer, it will work, you can buy that with a USB interface,or if the problem is not dust, you might want to replace the keyboard of your laptop, yes it is replaceable.

I have a laptop model
You can check the device manager and see if the camera has been detected. If it is listed, verify it does not have an error marked on its' icon. If the icon has an error, right click it and update the driver. Make sure you're connected to the Internet to search for the driver.
Check the MFR of the webcam and go to their site if needed for the driver.

No power
The first thing that you need to do is isolate if it is the battery causing it, the charger or the computer itself. Remove external devices connected to the laptop. Try to remove the batteries first and then plug in the charger and see if this will turn on the machine. If it doesnt work, use a different socket and verify if you see any lights on the charger brick. Normally there is one. If it doesnt work, you need to contact the manufacturer. They will usually replacee the charger first before the motherboard or the batteries.

I no longer have my motion eye camera driver on
It may only work with the old version of windows. The computer companies do this because they want you to get a new computer rather than just updating them. there fore if you do, you lose some capibilities that it did. But it may not be a total loss. Go to the computer's manufacturer's website, and click on the support tab/button. then type in your laptop's model #, and all of the things it asks you for. then look for the camera driver.

I have got sony VGN-NS230E when it installs
Hi, try inserting your windows CD and use the repair facility from there. Or press the ESC button during bootup, this will allow you to start in safe mode from where you can reset your windows to a time before the update. The problem sounds like you have a corrupted update. Hope this helps, regards

Can't find on button for motion eye
Your computer is not shipped with Capture button like other some Sony Computers. Use the Camera Capture Utility to use the Camera in the Computer. Click on start, All Programs, Camera Capture Utility.
