E:62:20 is warning you that a thermistor in the camera has failed. This can cause it to overheat and ignite the batteries so it's a really important safety feature and must not be ignored. Lithium batteries have a nasty habit of igniting or even exploding if they overheat as lithium is a very reactive and inflammable metal.
Unfortunately it's absolutely not user-fixable and must be returned to Sony for repair. If the camera os still under warranty then the repair will be free, if not then in most countries offer a fixed price servicing menu. Check with Sony in your country to find out the repair cost and then compare it to the cost of a replacement camera with similar specifications to yours; unfortunately it will almost certainly be cheaper to replace the camera with a new one as cheap basic models now have a similar specification to what you now have.
The official and safest advice is to stop using the camera immediately and to remove the battery until the camera is repaired, if you decide to continue using the camera then it is at your own risk. You'll find that the camera may become slow to operate, but if it gets any warmer than normal then turn it off immediately and leave the camera to cool for an hour or so in a place which is out of heat and direct sunlight and which has no inflammable materials around.
Good luck, stay safe, and I hope that you soon resolve this problem. Please take a moment to rate my reply.
