Try connecting at different times of the day. It may not be a problem with your ISP not you. There are certain times of the day when my connection drops by 90%. My hardware is the same so its just down to a local bottle neck. Connect your ISP. If you run Speedtest or another connection testing application you can get some stats on how fast your connection is running. Does your computer have bluetooth software? You can look in Control Panel for the Bluetooth software click to open go to settings. If you do not have it you can get a bluetooth USB device.

You can try to re-seat your ram but if there is no beep/beeps and nothing but a power light, and fan running for a couple seconds those are the only options.
