My Little 14 y boy
You can't bypass it, but you can reset the BIOS password. To reset the BIOS password read the information from this
link. I would recommend trying Hiren's Boot CD first, and use Kill CMOS from the CD to wipe the BIOS.

To reset the BIOS password read the information from this

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

How can i reset phoenix bios password for my
There are two ways. One is to type the old one in (yup I know if you had that you would have already) or take it to a tech with proof of ownership. The override or reset is a trade secret kind of thing as the password is considered part of the anti theft stuff so you need to prove it belongs to you so the shop can't be accused of handling stolen goods. Real pain in the **** for you but unfortunately thats the way this gets handled. Unless the shop is certified with Toshiba or the tech has enough experience they won't be able to reset it for you.The actual reset depnds on the bios version and only takes a few minutes so they may not charge if it is a Toshiba shop.

COMPUTER IS RUNNING HOT AND SHUTTING DOWN.
Check the ventilation, might be full of dust. If not, the fan might not be spinning causing the laptop to overheat.
If still under warranty call Toshiba and they can replace the thermal module at no cost.
Hope this helps.

Asking for password
Somehow your BIOS has been password protected. This is usually done to prevent access to a computer by unauthorized persons. Ask everyone that uses this computer if they have done it and what the password is. If there's no solution that way, follow these directions to try to reset the BIOS
Satellite A100 series
- Remove Memory Cover from base of machine
- Release & remove right side Memory Module
- Lift black plastic insulation
- Locate & short PAD500 Pin 1 & 2 together
- Power on machine while still shorting Pin 1 & 2
- As soon as the TOSHIBA logo appears, remove short
- If machine boots, password has been removed

My laptop will not boot up.
Try to put your harddrive, check on the screen if it can detect the harddrive. If it says there that ntldr is missing or if it is looking for an operating system try to install a new operating system. It like reformatting your PC.
