Hi Lewis, Your tv needs to be checked by a TV tech. There is nothing you can do about it unless you are handy with electronic repairs.

chances are a capacitor is blown on your psb.have a look for buldging caps,its a plauge for these tvs.replace with like kind,very cheap to buy from maplins and the like,will require soldering and basic skills

Usually i would suggest you use the tracking feature if it were to be from only one input but since you have tried various inputs then this problem seems peculiar. Try to examine your user manual there should be some feature used to fine tune the picture quality which is being produced on the TV screen usually the adjustment should be more like fine tuning a station this should help regulate the picture.
On the other hand if you can get replacement cables for the connection as the cables could also be a cause of the problem.

You'll have to take the cover off. This only consists of a few screws to remove, and lifting off the cover. When you have the cover off, try turning any white gears (carefully) to open the drawer. Changing the main won't help, it's not what's wrong, you have bad LED backlights and in all honesty it's going to make more sense to buy a new TV but this time buy a name brand

A lot of people miss understand how the backlight circuit in the power supply works, you will get voltage testing to ground as its the B- side that's switched, the chassis ground and backlight B- are not connected. If you tested each LED strip and they're all good there has to be something else going on other than the typical backlight issue we see on so many LED sets.. I'm not an authorized service center for this brand TV so I don't have a service manual, if this set has separate power board and main test the bl_on pin on the power supply, you should have around 3.5 volts there, that's what tells the back light section of the power supply to turn on.If you don't then it's a bad main board
