This Is quite normal, as long as its not permanent. It happens due to a delay in the TV picking up the correct signal. Also I can be caused by Atmospherics.

Here is an idea, buy a new TV, I doubt that you would be swift enough to get out of bed without serious injury, let alone fixing a TV. What a *******! WOW is all I can say.. WOW

Inverter has a 5Volt regulator (suface mount) replace it and it will work. You can use a bigger one. Luke

A firmware update might fix it. Call an authorized servicer, explain the symptom.
