Possible the toner is got damaged while removing it with the printer and replace it with the new one.

Go into printers and faxes in Xp or Printers and devices in Windows 7. Double click on the printer icon and click on file and then Offline and it will change to online. That should do it.

Welcome to FixYa!If your printer prints wrinkled pages then first of all it may be because of paper jam or paper tray, their may be a small sheet of paper remain inside causing problem or the paper tray is not properly inserted, So check there must not be any piece of paper or if paper tray is not properly inserted, Insert it correctly.If problem is still there then this problem is usually caused by the Fuser assembly or Tension Roller of the printer. You need to change the tension roller of the printer and if need then change the Fuser Assembly. Turn off the printer.
Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper.
Also open the back cover of the printer if this model has one.
Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it away from light/ sun light to avoid damaging it.
If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly. The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam.
If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though. Do this step especially if the jam message comes up repeatedly without any obvious paper jam, there may be a small tear of paper inside.
Ones the printer is free of paper Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on.
If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Reinspect the paper path.

Load a piece of thick paper, for example photo paper and press the resume button (may be diffrent button on diffrent models) a few times to the printer picks up the paper and puts it through the machine.

Hope I could still share with you this fix because this is where you need to look at when you think you have done everything to remove the paper jam.

1. Turn off the printer and pull out all plugs and power cord that is attached to your printer.

2. Remove the paper tray at the bottom and let the printer lie at its back so that you can see underneath.

3. Get a flashlight and look closely for the sensor located underneath the printer. The sensor is located in a small square hole, just above the small black plastic "lever" (looks like a small hockey paddle) on the left side of the gray rubber roller. Move the lever so that you can freely look closer on the hole.

4. Notice because there could be a tiny paper shred stuck inside and this causes the sensor to detect a paper jam.

5. Get a small tweezer to remove that paper out.

6. Next, let the printer stand normally and return the tray back.

7. Re-plug all cables and start your printer. That's it!

If it's not throwing an error code, you'd have to have a tech look at it if it's worth the cost of repairs. My guess is no; it's usually cheaper to replace these cheapo printers.
