I have a e350d that when I turn on, just displays a single row of grey boxes and will do nothing. HELP!!!!!!!!!

The printer may have been the target of an electrical event such as a voltage spike or surge, and has been lost. You can try to unplug it from the power, unplug it from the computer, and wait 2 minutes. I usually push the power button on a printer with issues while it is unplugged to make sure it has lost all stored power. Plug it back into the wall and see if it responds to the power button. If the same thing happens, or if there is no response at all, then you may need to replace the printer. Or contact the company that supports it, If it is under warranty, or a service contract.
